Uluru

Begin your adventure in the spiritual heart of Australia’s Red Centre, Uluru, home to the iconic 550 million years old Uluru Rock and the surrounding ancient desert landscape. Encounter the sacred sites of the Anangu tribes, the indigenous people of the Western Desert who have lived in Uluru for at least 30,000 years. Follow their ancient tracks winding in and around the base of Uluru as you learn about their traditional beliefs and admire the impressive geological formations. Delight in a private dining experience in a secluded alcove amongst the dunes, sampling enchanting Australian wines and intriguing flavours, as the sun sets, creating remarkable colours upon Uluru Rock.

Darwin

Continue your journey to the northern territory’s capital city, Darwin, meet the brilliant outback wrangler Matt Wright, known for tracking down, capturing and transporting a diverse range of dangerous animals. He is also a helicopter pilot and as such will fly you to his exclusive camp at Sweets Lagoon. Matt will take you to the most untouched waters where you will learn to fish, before traversing through the wetlands by jetboat, searching for the enigmatic crocodiles that reside here. Meet Tripod, Matt’s resident 17ft monster crocodile and learn about the conservation efforts that Matt is currently undertaking.

Mount Mulligan

Uncover the former mining town and historic site of Mount Mulligan, situated in the north-west of Cairns. This immense landscape is dominated by the conglomerate and sandstone tabletop mountain, boasting a spectacular 18-kilometre escarpment that towers over the surrounding Australian eucalyptus woodlands. Stay at Mount Mulligan Lodge which lies beneath this undiscovered landmark with unparalleled views situated upon a pristine weir of sparkling waters. Take a paddleboard or kayak out on the weir to absorb the surrounding beauty of the mountain and the outback terrain. Learn to muster cattle for a hands-on Australian outback experience and explore the Old Township and Coal Mine, now a ghost town of the past.

Northern Territory

Venture across the Northern Territory’s rolling pastures and steep gorges to the outback and Bullo River. From this working cattle station, you can expect wild buffaloes, crocodiles, tidal river systems, and ancient Aboriginal rock art. Try your hand at barramundi fishing and cattle mustering, or journey further into the bush on horseback, quad bikes, or a 4WD safari. As some of the best gorges and waterways are only accessed by air, take a helicopter to enjoy stunning views, remote picnics, and the Pinkerton Ranges.

A scenic flight from Cairns to Lizard Island leads you to the most northern of all resorts on the Great Barrier Reef. This hilly, tropical paradise surrounds you in utmost seclusion and nature. Step into Anchor Bay’s private beach pavilion for a degustation dining experience at sunset. Alongside the Chef, design and pair your innovative menu with delicious wines before settling in to an unforgettable evening. Take the plunge to search for potato cod, reef sharks, and turtles amongst the 1,500 different fish species. Blessed with the incredible dive sites, ribbon reefs, and the famous Cod Hole, dive or snorkel in this underwater world.

Haggerstone Island

For your final adventure in Northern Australia, fly from Cairns to Haggerstone Island, taking a private charter over the Great Barrier Reef, landing upon the exceptionally remote and private island. Uninhabited until 1985, the island remains miraculously untouched, conserving the natural flora and fauna. Explore the sea surrounding the island at the two glistening, clear water lagoons, located just off the beach. The reefs are utterly untouched and demonstrate what coral and fish life used to be before human interference. Take a helicopter to the hidden ‘Lost Falls’, for an exclusive swim in this fresh and unspoiled water. Hike scenic tracks across the island, capturing sight of the kaleidoscope of coloured feathers of the diverse bird species that inhabit Haggerstone.
