You’ll deliver exciting marketing content and creative content campaigns across all areas of the Pelorus business, striving to raise brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the delivery of a content marketing calendar for all areas of the Pelorus business, with a focus on exciting and regular articles for the Pelorus stories hub
- Edit, maintain and improve our content across all platforms, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and style within brand guidelines
- Create content that’s topical, informative, engaging and in line with business objectives. Research what’s trending and how to build engagement.
- Make suggestions for new content formats, always striving to think outside the box and stay ahead of the curve
- Utilising the knowledge and passion of the wider team and Pelorus network to share thought provoking and real stories
- Work alongside our digital team to implement our SEO strategy, ensuring that best practices are followed, and content optimised
- Support in building a leading presence on social media
- Improve content distribution and amplification to raise brand awareness and improve enquiry conversions
- Monitor and report on content campaign performance, continually looking to improve
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
- Exceptional copy-writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
- An eye for a unique story
- Creative and innovative
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player who’s also able to work autonomously
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a marketing position within a travel, luxury or yachting business preferred but not required
- Experience creating engaging and informative copy
- Knowledge of WordPress beneficial
- Degree level (or equivalent)
- Additional marketing qualifications advantageous
