Pelorus is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team, reporting into a new Digital Marketing Manager and our Head of Marketing. You’ll help to implement and be responsible for delivering a multi-channel digital strategy covering paid media and search, SEO and lead generating digital campaigns. You’ll also work with our website developers to improve website performance and should have good experience of analytics tools to improve attribution and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

  • Website development work and day-to-day management of our agency
  • Work with the digital manager to introduce and deliver a plan to improve website performance and conversion rates
  • Implement an organic search strategy that improves search performance
  • Plan and execute campaigns across paid media and search to a global audience, through our agency and alongside other members of the marketing team
  • Work with our wider marketing team to implement a successful email strategy, including building subscribers and improving lead generation
  • Work with our operational team to manage digital integrations between CRM, e-CRM systems and our website.
  • Conceive and implement strategies to increase online traffic to the website
  • Maintaining forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and our approach
  • Assist in evaluating performance, driving ROI and providing meaningful MI reporting and attribution

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Preferred luxury or travel sector experience
  • Degree in Marketing or related field
