Pelorus is looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team, based in our London office on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position will lead our digital activity globally working with our Digital Marketing Executive and alongside a dynamic and fun marketing team.

  • Review existing and future digital opportunities to improve traffic and conversion targets.
  • Review all PPC campaigns, tracking and attribution to ensure complete end-to-end improvements in performance and budget management. Lead on this new strategy and identify new agencies to support.
  • Create and deliver a long-term SEO strategy to drive quality organic traffic in target markets.
  • Review paid social ad set up and performance, to identify opportunities for ongoing brand ads alongside more traffic and/or sales focused activity.
  • Complete integrations with CRM and e-CRM systems, working with the wider marketing team to introduce improved email automations and data management.
  • Consider a strategy to implement regular A/B testing in all digital areas, implementing findings.
  • Own our website development and optimisation strategy developed and delivered. Working with our website agency to improve performance and UX.
  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Executive to create full website reporting suite in GA4 and utilise all functions to better understand source performance and on-site behaviours. Implement digital marketing dashboards to present data from wider for analysis, considering tools outside of GA. Delivering reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Implement improved attribution tracking to improve our CPA modelling. Exploring ways to improve offline tracking too.
  • Work with our Marketing Manager to improve campaign specific tracking
  • Maintaining forward-thinking approach to digital marketing and our approach in the UK, US and elsewhere. Identifying and exploring new digital innovations that will position Pelorus as innovators and drive quality conversions and stronger ROI.


  • Extremely strong analytical skills and experience analysing data and generating reports

  • Well versed in SEO and the latest techniques with proven results
  • Extremely comfortable with digital tools (SEMRush, GA, Facebook Business Manager, Adwords etc)

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a digital marketing position
  • Luxury, travel or yachting sector experience
  • Degree in Marketing or related field or relevant qualifications
