We currently have an exciting opportunity to manage global operations across the Pelorus Group. You’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing operations for Travel, Yachting, and Aviation in multiple jurisdictions. You will establish and manage processes and procedures to allow all verticals to operate efficiently and effectively. You will have an ability to identify and predict bottle necks and pinch points and forward plan to solve problems and maintain global growth and momentum.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be solutions focused and a strategic thinker. A background in global travel operations across multiple business verticals is key. To succeed you will need to demonstrate a track record of achieving targets and operational success. Having an established network of industry contacts, specifically premium or private travel, would be beneficial along with experience of working in fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation.

- Full responsibility for all group business operations
- Ensure all verticals are operating together in the most efficient way
- Developing operating procedures and processes for multiple regions and verticals
- Developing strategic practices to maintain global growth
- Reporting to Directors on operational developments and analytics
- Ensuring all verticals are operating under the correct laws, licenses and insurances
- Overseeing operations of satellite offices and teams
- Working with a fast moving, young dynamic and highly motivated team
