We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Partnerships Manager to join the Pelorus team, helping to build us into a leading luxury brand and experience creator globally.  You will need to champion the brand, lead boldly and strategically, build relationships, and drive significant growth. You will also be able to seek out unique opportunities and engaging ideas that build excitement with partners and potential clients.

We’re a global brand with our HQ is in London, our US office is in Austin Texas and our team often on the road, we’re therefore open to candidates from any location.



  • Source and build mutually benefitting relationships and partnerships with some of the most exciting luxury brands in the world, and some the world doesn’t even know about yet
  • Build out and execute a business development strategy and partnership strategy utilised by the entire team
  • Engage with imaginative people, places, and things that elevates Pelorus to the pinnacle of the luxury travel
  • Build excitement and buzz around the brand with the right people, working closely with our management, sales, and marketing teams around the world
  • Represent Pelorus at key industry and networking events
  • Work in fast-paced environment that requires laser-focused prioritization
  • Experience how to grow and scale a luxury brand, and guide it to intense growth over the next few years


  • With the management team, create targets and KPI’s that quickly generate exposure and revenue, and then implement processes to hit those targets
  • Manage existing brand and industry partner relationships to improve lead generation
  • Organise all brand partnership events to ensure brand exposure
  • Be a core part of the team further establishing Pelorus’ presence in the US
  • Establish and manage a pipeline and method for revenue generation
  • Identify key partners and establish a robust process for key account management
  • Source, develop and manage partnerships to support brand marketing efforts
  • Achieve customer acquisition and sales objectives

  • Have an established network of appropriate contacts in luxury, private travel or similar. If you don’t, we hope that you have a plan to develop one quickly.

  • Enjoy fast-paced environments that require laser-focused prioritisation
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
