Travel Designer
US Based

We are looking for Travel Designers, with at least 2 years’ experience, to join our Sales Team. You will be working closely with suppliers and clients to keep your finger on the experiential travel sector pulse and plan extraordinary adventures, experiences, and events in some of the most interesting and remote parts of the planet. You would be joining a fast-moving, dynamic, and highly motivated team.

This 100% remote position is based in the US.

Core Responsibilities

  • Researching and curating bespoke itineraries for HNWs and UHNWIs that seek to transform our perspective on the world and our impact on the planet.

  • Building a close relationship with clients to support their long-term travel plans tailored to their needs, all delivered with exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

  • Working closely with suppliers, accommodation providers, local authorities, and subject matter experts from around the world.

  • Full responsibility for all project logistics. Including itineraries, contingencies, safety procedures, permits, equipment sourcing and ownership of all aspects of logistics and costing of trips.

  • Manage all trip costing. Including contingencies, invoices, payments to suppliers, consultants and relevant third parties.

  • Work alongside the department lead and marketing team to create innovative itineraries for marketing and PR campaigns


Additional Responsibilities

  • At least 2 years’ experience in bespoke travel design

  • Strong knowledge of destinations, accommodation options and experiences

  • Previous financial responsibility

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Team player who can also work autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent planning and time management, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Black book of relevant contacts worldwide

  • Degree (or equivalent)

  • Languages (desirable)
