Working at Pelorus means joining our adventurous, free-spirited, and international team. Here, all perspectives are valued and creativity is encouraged. With team members on the ground in the UK, the US, Monaco and the South Africa, we believe that learning from their perspectives enriches our culture.

Pelorus offers all employees the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, allowing you flexibility to combine office and home-based working. When you are in the office, we aim to support your wellbeing during the day: the kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee and snacks, and there are plenty of social spaces for a quiet break or a catch-up with a colleague. Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes are when we switch off, with free yoga and pilates classes in the office’s zen room.

For those that would like to see the world, we offer the chance to work remotely overseas for up to three months at a time.

That is why we work closely with The Pelorus Foundation to ensure that the trips we plan leave a positive impact on our planet. As we seek to transform our industry, we are actively working to reduce our environmental footprint and meaningfully support our global communities.

Closer to home, all employees are provided with two annual Foundation Days – two days of paid time off to fundraise for the Foundation – which are often scheduled as a group to encourage fun team building. And, as we share an office, we regularly hear updates about the vital work the Foundation are doing and how we can help.
