Pelorus offers all employees the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, allowing you flexibility to combine office and home-based working. When you are in the office, we aim to support your wellbeing during the day: the kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee and snacks, and there are plenty of social spaces for a quiet break or a catch-up with a colleague. Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes are when we switch off, with free yoga and pilates classes in the office’s zen room.
For those that would like to see the world, we offer the chance to work remotely overseas for up to three months at a time.
