Pelorus is looking for an ambitious and experienced Marketing Manager to join Pelorus Yachting.

This is an exciting opportunity to form a key role in the ongoing growth of our yachting business, driving an innovative but commercial multi-channel yacht marketing strategy that promotes all areas of Pelorus Yachting. From pioneering yachting experiences, charter to expeditions, charter management and much more. The role will work very closely with the wider marketing team to support the delivery of their plan, across communications, content, digital and partnerships. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable being hands-on and multitask well, but must be a strategic thinker.

  • Full ownership of the marketing strategy for Pelorus Yachting, ensuring it aligns with the Pelorus group marketing plan
  • Create multichannel strategies to drive growth in target markets 
  • Set and manage budgets, with strong ROI tracking 
  • Ensure we’re delivering high value leads and driving promotions as required by our team 
  • Work with our regional press teams to drive quality coverage, exposure and enquiries 
  • Own relationships with creative agencies and freelancers, from brief to execution  
  • Work alongside our content team to evolve yacht specific deliverables. With particular focus on social, video and innovative content forms
  • Create a strong email marketing plan for all areas of the yachting business, manage delivery and performance with our central marketing team
  • Work closely with our Head of Digital and their team to utilise digital channels and support on website management for travel content and performance 
  • Work on best-in-class events, helping to deliver a global events calendar 
  • Support our Head of Partnerships and BD in driving growth within the B2B market and on creative brand partnerships 
  • Drive awareness of our Foundation and better showcase our CSR efforts to our yachting audiences 


  • Work alongside our Travel Marketing Manager to better share learnings and opportunities 


  • A demonstrated understanding of HNW and UHNW audiences 
  • Knowledge of global yachting markets 
  • Comfortable working at pace, whilst maintaining high quality 
  • Experience in setting and working to budgets 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team 
  • Great communication and project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem solver and solution provider
  • Comfortable with digital tools and marketing platforms


  • Preferably least 6 years’ experience in a yacht marketing position
  • Must have experience creating and implementing ambitious multichannel marketing plans
  • Management experience beneficial
  • Degree (or equivalent)
  • Additional marketing qualifications advantageous
