Dunton Hot Springs is an 1800’s mining town turned ghost town set in a stunning and dramatic alpine valley. Lovingly restored to the highest standard, every detail of this historic retreat has been carefully considered and beautifully completed.

Design

Each cabin is complete with exquisite furnishings, heated slate floors, unique baths, and a collection of hand-picked antiques. Combining whimsy and elegance with rugged sturdiness every cabin is distinct and idiosyncratic with one uniting feature: the magnificent mountain and meadow views each cabin boasts.

Return to your private town and soothe your aching muscles in either the indoor or outdoor natural hot springs. The springs contain calcium bicarbonate which improves circulation, the perfect antidote for a weary mountain explorer. Otherwise, head back to your log cabin and cosy up in front of the roaring fire with a hot chocolate or take a dip in the outdoor hot springs and gaze up at the starry sky.

Activities

Whilst you could spend a whole week cosied up in one of these beautiful cabins, Dunton Hot Springs is far from short on activities. Depending on the time of year head into the mountains on foot, on horseback, or by ski to explore this dramatic landscape.
