La Nava is all about ambience. They will propose a menu featuring local specialities, with a focus on seasonality; such as asparagus, grown wild on acres surrounding La Nava, or lamb chops from the local herd of sheep grazing on its pastures. This menu can be altered and tailor-made to suit guests in advance of arrival. Everything is recycled, with food waste being disposed of in a biogas plant nearby
