Activities and Cuisine

For the duration of your stay, you will be assigned an adventure butler to organise bespoke experiences. With the key focus on conservation and thrill-seeking activity, choose between kayaking, waterfall picnics, Tenkara fishing, camera trapping, birdwatching and many more. All with the company of the expert guide perfectly equipped to make the most out of each excursion. After action-packed days, it gives you the perfect excuse to heartily enjoy the exceptional cuisine.

Every day the chef heads out on a foraging trip to see what inspires him and what he can source for the evening meal. With every meal providing a new mix of creativity and flavour, you can be sure you are enjoying the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce of authentic Cambodian fare. To fully utilise the wonders of Shinta Mani Wild, take an afternoon to visit the wellness suite. With two treatment rooms hidden in the canopy, it is a tranquil sanctuary perfect to indulge in one of the signature Khmer massages.

Sustainability

Conservation is at the forefront of the resort, hence the creation of a high yield low impact camp. The main mission is a sustainable way to support the policing of the forest via Wildlife Alliance.

120 staff are employed, 70% of which are from the local village. They are educated on the effects of poaching and illegally cutting trees.

No single use plastics are used across the whole site including the back of house supply chain and they run conservation opportunities and programs with Phnom Penh’s Royal University.
