The variety doesn’t stop there, with a number of fine dining options varying from the award-winning Samuels restaurant to the bistro café – an ideal spot for a quick lunch in between escapades.

Sustainability

Much of the farmland and moorland is committed to environmental management schemes (administered by Natural England), and the Estate complies with best practice to deliver the highest standards in public, animal and plant health, environmental measures, and animal welfare. There is also a four-acre walled kitchen garden and local produce is used at the Estate cafes, restaurants, and cookery school.
