You’ll be kept happy and full throughout your stay as the private Sherpa cook attends all excursions to ensure you are fed well. With a yoga master on hand, reconnect with nature and unwind after days exploring. A comfortable bed awaits, adorned with wonderful cashmere blankets and hot water bottles to guarantee a deep and enjoyable rest.
Why we love it
The Happy House has been stayed in repeatedly by the famed Sir Edmund Hillary on his Himalayan visits for Mount Everest expeditions. He discovered the house after founding a hospital in 1975 to serve the surrounding remote valleys. He even proclaimed the mountain views to be the best he’s ever seen!
