Why charter?
For many, sailing around the world is a true bucket-list contender. What better way to explore the remote corners of the earth than from the bow of a boat under sail?
With a well-established pedigree within sailing the 30m sail vessel IMAGINE is now available for charter for the first time and is ready to embark on a spectacular voyage as she cruises towards her (roaming) spiritual home of the America’s Cup.
IMAGINE will be sailing to the most far-flung corners of the globe and visiting a vast array of awe-inspiring, culturally rich locations. From the pristine sands of the Caribbean, the rugged beauty of French Polynesia, and experiencing the culture of the Namba tribes in Vanuatu, this world tour is an amazing opportunity to experience the world’s most remote locations off the beaten track.
Beginning in Southern Norway, IMAGINE will journey to the Mediterranean before crossing the Atlantic to Central America. Here, she will be available to charter in the Dominican Republic, Belize, and Panama before continuing her journey to French Polynesia, remote Vanuatu, the idyllic Solomon Islands, and New Zealand.
There are often misconceptions that surround the idea of chartering a yacht and Pelorus is on a mission to dispel them.
Chartering a yacht does not require huge time commitments. IMAGINE can be chartered per week or for ten days as she reaches each destination, meaning that visiting awe-inspiring locations does not require spending months at sea. Instead, you are free to climb aboard IMAGINE at your own convenience, experiencing the world at your own pace.
But as the world outside your vessel changes, everything within remains the same. IMAGINE is capable of carrying up to five crew members on-board who will be committed to ensuring that each guest has a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Imagine, stepping onboard your yacht and being greeted by the familiar, friendly faces of your crew and having a meal prepared for you by a chef who already knows your preferences. Imagine, learning to kitesurf in the San Blas Islands and picking up where you left off, with the same deck team, in French Polynesia.
For us, the beauty of chartering a yacht at multiple points on its circumnavigation is that it becomes a home away from home, creating a relaxed, comforting environment as you explore the unknown outside world.
