Marketing Executive

Hannah Greaves

Hannah graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in English Literature and French and joined Pelorus as a Marketing and Product Development Intern before then joining the Marketing team full time. Her passion for travel and learning about other cultures began at a young age with trips to different parts of the world with her family and later with friends.

She has previously worked at a UK-based tour operator specialising in luxury European wine tours, which sparked a desire to further her career in the travel industry. Hannah is a big fan of all things French and spent a year living and working in France, in both Paris and in Avignon, Provence, for the local tourism development agency, enabling her to become fluent in French (and highly skilled in the art of eating a whole baguette with cheese for dinner!)

Number one unforgettable travel experience?

Visiting my family in Australia, specifically exploring Stradbroke Island with my adventurous Grandma! Another trip that stands out is visiting San Sebastian for pintxos crawls, hikes in the surrounding countryside and cycling to a quaint fishing village nearby.

Top of your travel bucket list?

New Zealand has been top of my list for a long time, as it looks absolutely breath-taking and I love to be outside surrounded by nature. However, since joining Pelorus the list keeps growing! I would love to snorkel in French Polynesia, and I think it would be amazing to do the sardine run off the coast of South Africa.

Who is your ultimate travel partner?

My Dad! He is always up for visiting new places and joining me on the quest to find the best food everywhere we go. Otherwise, of course it would have to be Sir David Attenborough – he inspires me to make sure I am appreciating and exploring this beautiful world in a way that has a positive impact on our environment.
